Kitchen Remodeling Services
- Layout changes: moving the sink, adding an island sink or a prep sink.
- Plumbing for new appliances: dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator ice and water lines, and pot fillers.
- New supply and drain lines: replacing old lines and shutoff valves while walls and cabinets are open.
- Sinks and faucets: installed and tested.
- The finished room: cabinets, countertops and the rest of the rebuild, coordinated as one project.
- Outdoor kitchens: plumbing for outdoor sinks and prep areas.
Rocco’s Water Works works with trusted, appropriately licensed contractors to help coordinate your kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs.
Why the Plumbing Matters in a Kitchen Remodel
Most kitchen remodel problems show up later, behind the cabinets. A sink moved to an island needs the right drain slope and venting, not just longer pipes. Old supply lines and shutoff valves are easiest to replace while everything is open, which is why many homeowners pair a remodel with whole-house repiping. We also check for hidden leaks before new cabinets and flooring go in.
How Your Kitchen Remodel Works
- Walkthrough. We look at your kitchen and talk through what you want.
- Written estimate. Scope and pricing in writing before any work begins.
- Plumbing rough-in. New lines, drains and venting, with the plumbing permit.
- The rebuild. The rest of the room is completed and coordinated as one project.
- Final walkthrough. We test every fixture with you.
How Long Does a Kitchen Remodel Take?
It depends on the size of the kitchen, layout changes and materials. Some projects can be completed in under a week, depending on scope and conditions. Larger remodels take longer, and your estimate includes a realistic schedule.
